America's Boating Course

America's Boating Course is our primary civic effort toward public instruction in the fundamentals of safe boating. This 8-10 hour course given during two classes is designed to familiarize the student with the fundamentals of safe boating and qualify for certification in most states that require boating education before operating a watercraft. These two classes cover the basics needed to operate a boat safely. America's Boating Course gives you the knowledge to decide what type and size boat you need, what to do when meeting another boat in a crowded waterway, and how to recognize and handle hazards. Become a more competent boater, learn from the best, take America's Boating Course today! Many boat insurance companies will offer discounts on boating insurance to boaters who successfully complete America's Boating Course.
